If you have a dog and a history of fleas and/or ticks in your yard, early Spring is the time to act. Why?

When you treat for fleas and ticks, using an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) as part of the treatment cocktail, this will go a long way in controlling possible problems through the warm season. The reason an IGR is effective is because it hinders the life cycle of the flea and tick…they won’t be able to grow properly, develop normally, or reproduce. The key is to proactively attack fleas and ticks before they become an infestation and a great way of accomplishing this is with an early spring treatment, using an IGR.
